Demand for hotel rooms becomes very intense at festival time so we encourage you to seek reservations at these locations as early in the year as possible. MerleFest provides the information below for the convenience of our guests. MerleFest relies entirely on information provided by these properties. Listing on this page does not signify any special relationship between MerleFest and these properties and MerleFest is not liable for any disputes between guests and these properties.

Limited on-campus RV camping is available.

A new transportation option is the PART. This bus runs 7 days per week between Greensboro and Boone with stops at Wilkes Community College. The PART bus leaves Greensboro at 5:30 AM and 3:00 PM, arriving at WCC at 7:25 AM and 5:05 PM respectively. It departs Boone at 8:45 AM and 6:30 PM, arriving at WCC at 9:45 AM and 7:35 PM.
