The Heritage Crafts Tent
The Heritage Crafts Tent offers some of the region’s finest demonstrating artisans a place to not only sell their handicrafts but also demonstrate and educate MerleFest fans about their craft.
Located in the center of The Shoppes At MerleFest area, the Heritage Crafts Tent is focused on providing strictly handcrafted items only, no resale items permitted.
Crafters are carefully selected to provide a variety of quality and unique crafts for every MerleFest fan.

Rules and Guidelines for The Heritage Crafts Tent
All Heritage Crafts vendor applications are subject to a jury process and MerleFest reserves the right to deny any application without explanation. Vendors in the Heritage Crafts tent will be based on criteria as developed by Wilkes Community College Endowment Corporation and implemented in a manner that creates an optimum competitive environment for all vendors. All Heritage Crafts vendors will be under one tent that is provided and installed by MerleFest. Vendor is responsible for constructing, furnishing, maintaining and removing your own booth materials, leftovers and trash.
Acceptance notifications will be sent via mail or email. All vendor fees will be due within 30 days of acceptance letter. Certified Money Orders, checks and credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS) are accepted. All returned checks will be an automatic disqualification of acceptance. No vendor will be allowed to set up on festival grounds unless full payment has been received.
